Jewelry crafting has always been an interest of mine ever since I was a child, ive always had a very active imagination and through reading many fantasy and sci-fi novels along with studying history I became aware that jewelry was a universal cultural concept. Historically jewelry has always been a part of human culture from the first necklaces made of bone. Humans have adorned themselves with riches to signify their worldliness for thousands of years. Currently I am teaching myself metal working & fabrication; I started with wire wrapping in 2012 and eventually stopped as painting became my priority. Now with a new art studio and more space to work I have set up a full two gas torch system so I can make jewelry combining both old techniques and new technology.
